Jpy Magazine’s Beauty Hunt 2018
Picture everything fabulous and fun about Easter…the egg hunt, decadent sweets, great convo, flowing cocktails and fun surprises; but instead of the standard fun for kids this Beauty Hunt was revamped and made over just for beauty junkies….a can’t miss spring event! I was lucky enough to be invited to this exclusive party, located at the Fig House LA; a whimsical backdrop for the pastel-clad beauties who attended this glam event. Photo ops, comfy seating and small bites welcomed us while we settled in for a makeup talk with BCL Brand Ambassadors about everything from shopping to hair to fashion.
Our egg hunt began when we set out to find our own hand painted Easter egg filled with confetti and our assigned “letter” dictating the beauty prize we’d have in store for us to enjoy. Some eggs were filled with rubber duckies who offered its lucky recipient a grand prize of a giant glitter egg brimming with Japanese beauty products and more. After collecting our prizes we sat down to live makeup demos, cocktail hour and even more socializing with like-minded beauty goddesses. A final raffle and additional swag bag at the end of the evening sealed the deal ensuring no one left with less than tons of fabulous finds from BCL Beauty other well-loved Japanese brands.
